Those steel boards available in a range of lengths from 0.5m to 4.0m and have a depth of 38mm to 63mm and width of 210,240,225,230,250mm without hook, Steel Hook Board with Hooks are in sizes of 210mm-500mm width.

1.Flanging and concave and convex perforations on the surface provide good anti-skid properties.

Q2.How we manufacture the planks?

For the manufacturing of the Planks, TOPSTAR uses both Roll forming and CNC bending machines to provided customised width and length. For the Difffferent type of Embossing we are using Hydraulic and Mechanical Power Presses according to Embossing Style. Our Tool Room and R&D Department take care of Dies and Punches and New developments.For the Assemblies and Welding we have certified welders and Automatic Robotic Welding

Machines. We utilise the type of welding as per Planks Design.
