Concrete Mixer Liner

Concrete mixer liner is used to protect the inside wall from direct impact and friction of materials, at the same time different types of liner can be used to adjusted the grinding body motion, to increase crushing effect of grinding body for materials and improve the efficiency of the grinding mill, increase production, reduce consumption of metal.The liner is a consumable component of the mixer, which is in direct contact with the mixing material. It is installed on the inner wall of the mixing tank and forms a curved shape, which completely protects the inner wall of the mixer. The liner generally has groups of fan-shaped liner, arc-shaped liner and special-shaped liner.

1. The liner plate is manufactured by depositing high chromium, wear resistant materials on the mild steel base plate using open arc or submerged arc welding process.

2. Consistent wear resistance guaranteed from surface down to 75% depth of the overlay.

3. The volume fraction of primary carbides is maintained between 30 to 50% to provide a good combination of wear resistance and homogenous bonding.

4. Liner hardness ranges from HRC58-65. The hardness is tested on machined flat surface just below overlay surface.

5. Fine cracks perpendicular to the welding bead is normal due to natural stress relieving in a very hard matrix.

6. Staggered cracking pattern on overlay surface contributes to good formability.

7. The liner plate is suitable for severe wear and moderate impact applications.
