Producing Process:
In construction, workers put 495mm wide steel plates into unreeling machine firstly, then into forming machine, and then into bending machine, which are bended and seamed, so that a 30-40mm wide continuous spiral convex bar will be formed around the silo body to strengthen the silo structure. Sniffers inside the silo will be welded with the embedded parts to increase the anti-load capacity of the silo.
Space structure technology is used in design of the silo roof framework to ensure stability, the angle is 25° to ensure good strength.



Steps:
1. Equipment positioning: Position of machines will be decided according to the diameter of the steel silo.
2. Silo Rolling: Roll the silo to 2m high.
3. Silo Roof Installation: Install the silo roof after cutting silo roof level with a plasma silo eaves cutting machine.
4. Silo Lifting: Lift the silo to the required height.
5. Silo Fixing: Take out the machines, fix the silo with embedded parts.
6. Ancillary Equipment Installation: Install the ancillary equipment clients need.
